Nice staff, somewhat limited menu but its good stuff to be limited to. I like their teas a lot. The inside seating fills up fast and its a lot of folks working and studying so its nice and quiet- but also perhaps not the place to go on a weekday if you want to bring a friend and chitchat. but not a bad thing. I get a lot of homework done here bc everyone is pretty quiet 75% of the time i been there

This is my favorite coffee and tea spot in Ypsi for a quiet, comfortable morning. I appreciate that they’re mostly spot-on with tea knowledge, water temperatures, and timing, which makes a big difference to tea drinkers. However, the ordering system could use refinement. When there's only one person working, service slows down significantly if they get wrapped up in long conversations while a line forms. The service order can feel a bit unclear, and adding labels...
