While my coffee was great. Ordering through the drive-through here is something I cringe at doing here. The drive through customer service, seemed to be hurried and not pleasant. This is now the second time, I have seen the drive-through worker handle my food without gloves or tissue paper.

I'm highly allergic to pork. I ordered the egg white & veggie omelet bites, and they gave me the bacon & cheddar ones. I didn't notice until I had already taken a bite. I didn't get my money back, and I'm probably gonna be sick for the next 48 hours.

Worst experience ever!!! The two girls working were very rude. I asked for my drink to be made a certain way. They said they couldn't do it. This is the first time I have had a bad experience ever here. I will not be back!!!

Placed an online order for two small cambros of coffee for the following morning. Received order confirmation. Went the next morning when it was supposed to be ready and was told "We don't check online orders, and even if we did, we don't have the necessary containers." Tried to say they couldn't do in-store refunds but finally relented when confronted. Remarkably poor service and blatantly misleading.Do yourself a favor and just avoid at all costs.

I placed an order through the app, ended up waiting about 30 minutes and had to leave to get to an appointment. I tried requesting a refund since I never received the order and management has been difficult to work with. I was contacted by the assistant manager, Maria, who told me she was going to send me a gift. That’s nice but what I’m asking for is a refund. She told me she’d have to forward my concern to the district manager who would follow up with me. It’s been several days and I have heard nothing back from this district manager. Tried emailing Maria for an update and no response. I ultimately filed a dispute with my credit union because it shouldn’t take this much to receive a refund for a product I never received. I don’t care about the long wait times, the reason this location lost my business is because management is making it so difficult to get a simple refund.

This is the worst dunkin in the history of Dunkin’s and I’ve been to like 100 Dunkin’s. It takes 20-30 minutes to get a coffee or food from the drive through. The service is so slow I wanted to cry in my car. It’s been like this for 2 years they should close it down.

So disappointed with the service here. I went in today to get an iced latte and enjoy a lovely Sunday morning. First thing that happens is EVERYTHING is out of stock, at only 2:00 PM. They were out of half the drink ingredients and then why I finally found a drink they could make they insisted they were out of medium cups and therefore could not charge/make me a medium sized drink. Which is so weird and extra because you could literally just put a medium amount in a large cup, but they insisted that they couldn’t do that (?). Then, when I got my latte is was so gross. It literally tastes like straight milk! I tried to talk to the workers about it and they were being so rude and unhelpful, telling me a latte is pretty much all milk. Last time I checked you should be able to taste the coffee in your latte right? They eventually remade me the drink and it still tasted like straight milk. I give up. Horrible location, horrible service. Will not be coming back to this location.

Waited while watching people who ordered after us get their food and drinks, while our hot drinks sat.Calmly asked for a refund, manager was pleasant. As I was walking away he comments to his colleague "we're a coffee shop not fast food".Won't waste my time there again. Rude management
