There's nothing I despise more than a hallucinated wait estimates from staff. 5 minutes is not 20.
This is one of the worst Dunkin donuts around. The staff is rude and my coffee never tastes right.
Today put I went to get my free pumpkin spice latte. I waited for 20 minutes the cashier was rude. My latte was nasty and watery. The donuts were hard and not what I ordered. I won't be back.

It's Duncan, one would have to work hard to screw that up, 😆. Donuts were good, staff was nice, place was clean - in and out in mere minutes. Tough to beat that.
