I avoided this Taco Bell for the last couple years because of a few bad experiences with my orders being completely wrong or missing items along with poor customer service. I made the Taco Bell on Washtenaw my go-to since they’re one of the best around. I ended up giving this Taco Bell another chance and the last few times I’ve been there the store has improved quite a bit.

Very nice people
I have pretty low expectations for “fast” food joints but this location sucks. Not only did they take forever to even take my order, kept saying they were “super busy” when there was one $15 order ahead of me and no one inside and no online orders in their pickup slot but when I finally did get my food it was totally incorrect. This Taco Bell is consistent on order changes. They did forget a cheese quesadilla, but offered coupons. The food is on par with other Taco Bells. Despite some minor mishaps like missing items and slow service, the employees strive to make things right, even offering free vouchers for inconveniences. One employee, John at the window, was polite, but another lady was rude and snobby. The restaurant may have its hiccups, but the effort and kindness of the staff shine through.
