“By far the best tacos I've had in the area. The asada is the perfect. Highly recommend the al pastor as well. Al pastor in the region is extremely lacking but these guys are doing it right. If your an authentic taco fan your missing out if you haven't tried them. Staff is always friendly and easy parking too.“

“We haven’t left the restaurant yet, and I had to rush to do this review because we had such a good time here as a family AND the food was fresh and fantastic! The drinks —horchata and soursop—were delicious! Our server was friendly and quick. We pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves and that made it feel special. We’ll be back—don’t let the fact that it’s in the same space as the gas station fool you. This is a beautiful place.“

“This is the neighborhood Mexican restaurant I've been looking for. The food was great and the servings were generous. We were there later in the evening so street parking was free and easy. The staff was warm and friendly and the service was prompt. Overall a great experience.“

“We had brunch at Tikalito today and everything was fantastic! I had the huevos rancheros - the best I’ve had since I lived in L.A. twenty-plus years ago. My wife had a chicken tamale and it too was out of this world - the masa was thick and flavorful. And the refried beans… a hint of cocoa, flavored with molé, maybe? Super friendly service too. Everyone seemed genuinely grateful Check them out, ASAP! You’ll be super glad you did.“

“Ordered online and paid for it. Show up in restaurant they say it never came through. No big deal place the order in person. Days later I notice I'm double charged and getting the run around for my refund. Proceed with caution here.
After a week process of phone calls and finally going in person, I was able to get my proper refund. Food was delicious and the owner was apologetic. Will be back for another try.“

“My everyday favorite Lunch/Dinner Mexican spot i always get the Carne Asada quesadilla XL with cilantro and onion and I’m telling you guys they always perfect it with the flavors and amount protein. Their prices are great and fair for a meal like this that feeds 2 people cost $15.75. I give this place a 10/10 definitely recommend to everyone!!“

“Fast, hot, yummy food! I was nervous to come here since all the nearby locations have really poor reviews. This one had the best so I gave it a shot. I’m glad I did! This is the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a while!!! Highly recommend if you’re nearby. My wait was short and my grilled cheese burrito was hot and delicious. They also gave me plenty of napkins which I appreciate.“

It’s definitely still one of my best Mex food in Ann Arbor area! Love their tacos🌮 so much! 3 tacos and side for $15. Definitely my top 10 Ann Arbor restaurant. One things I miss is, they used to have place to eat but they don’t have anymore.“
