“I normally don’t write reviews, but after just spending money on a take out order that they didn’t include the chips I ordered then said that I didn’t order them, which I did because I ordered a large mild salsa. Why would I do that? so the manager , Sam, told me I could come back to the restaurant, but he would have to charge me for the chips that they made a mistake on. And even worse was, I had to wait for them to make my tostada, and when I got it home, the cheese was not even melted. It was just placed on top of the beef with no tomato or lettuce and the cheese on the burritos was cold and like rubber. I Will not go back there. The food and service was terrible.“

Hidalgo's staff put me at ease with their knowledge about minimizing cross contamination. Everything I've tried there has been excellent. Took non GF people there too and everyone left happy!! “Came in yesterday on taco Tuesday for carry out. The wait was long but they were super busy and seemed to be short staffed. The girls who were working were running around like crazy. “My family and I had just returned from a long, exhausting flight, and we were not looking forward to a three hour layover. Upon hearing our growling stomachs, we decided to get a bite to eat, not knowing what would transpire. We found ourselves in a long line of hangry airport-goers and it was taking a lifetime. But the second Hamza stepped up to fill in, the line didn’t stand a chance. Hamza was a dream. He made me and my brother’s burritos lickety split and was incredibly friendly to us all. He cheered up our little brother who was having a bad day by calling him “King” (because his burrito was so full). I don’t know what else to say other than Hamzad changed my day for the better. He has inspired us in more ways than I expected. Even his humble smile and impeccable sense of duty—he gets the job done while making it fun. Hamza is a testament to the good in this world. Whenever I come back to Detroit International airport, my brothers and I will be the first to come to Qdoba, just to see him again. People like him give me hope for the seemingly bleak future. Kudos to the cashier as well he was pretty cool“

I dont Usually like to get fast food but sometimes I'm just so tired after work or its been 1 of those days where everything went wrong so the last u want to do is get fast food bc something gonna wrong or they are going to be rude n I dont want to deal with that.

I also got a Doritos locos taco cheesy Gordita crunch and a cheesy chicken melt, and I gotta say, whoever is back there making sure the taco shells are crunchy and the flatbread is toasty needs a raise. 10/10 would eat again.“
