If you are unable to provide customers with what they have paid for, then I have to question the purpose of offering an “extra toppings” option with an additional charge. What is especially frustrating is that some employees will accommodate the request while others will not, which makes the experience inconsistent.

Long wait in drive thru....35 minutes for 3 tacos.
Ordered from here two days ago and still thinking about how nasty the food was. Tortilla was stale and hard, chips were stale, taco had no bottom to it (I checked it right after driving off), my slushie was already half melted. Tasted like they don't clean the machine for it. Included zero sauces. Will be avoiding this location from now on.

Taco Bell faces some challenges due to the pandemic, leading to slower service and lower food quality at times. Vegetarian options are still available by ordering without meat. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Customers may need to use a kiosk to place their orders, but the staff is helpful and dedicated. The food remains tasty, especially the crunch wrap, and the restaurant is kept very clean. During busy evenings, the employees handle the rush well, with staff like Samaria providing great service in the drive-through and ensuring orders are correct and timely. The staff is professional and hardworking, even when short-staffed, and they take good care of customers, including those with special needs. Despite some minor issues, such as missing napkins or straws, the overall experience is positive, and many customers plan to return.
