These folks roast their own coffee beans and they do it well. Grab a cup of freshly brewed now, or get a bag of beans to be at home. There's a casual seating area indoors and (when it's warm) a nice seating area outdoors. The Guatemala coffees are awesome.

Hyperion is my favorite place to get coffee, hands down. Whether you get one of the coffees of the day, or enjoy a nice Cortado, you will experience some of the best coffee you have ever tasted. Also, without the higher prices of some other places. Technically the first time I had Hyperion was in a stout brewed with their coffee, but the first time I had just their coffee was in the Downtown Ann Arbor location. I rate them both equally, each with their own charm. Enjoy! ?
