I’ve been here a few times and my favorite menu items are the fatayas. I usually order 2 orders with a side of hot pepper and yassa sauces. Love that we have African cuisine here in Ypsi and the owner is super kind.

Well their hours do not match what is posted. Which is frustrating because the food is very good. I often recommend the place to people in Ypsilanti or who knows the area. They have Mafee. Please improve the small things like the blinds.

Very cute and homey mom and pop restaurant with exquisite food and service :) we ordered the Red Sniper, Tilapia, Lamb Michoui, Maffe peanut butter stew, the Dibi, and Fatayas to share. All of the food was cooked excellently and was absolutely delicious! The lamb was my favorite but both fish were tasty and unique in their own rights with an excellent char. The staff we interacted with were extremely helpful answering our questions and I’d recommend anyone who hasn’t tried...
