We have enjoyed this restraunt many time. However tonight we had a different experience. Apparently some changes had been made to how you order, including being able to make half orders. Our waitress did ask us if we had been there and we said yeah, quite a few times. She did not ask if we knew about updates to the orderinf process. We see the signs that we may be charged for excessive uneaten food but that has never been applied to us when we order only one serving of...
First time coming in, Konrad was delightful and attentive. He made sure we understood every step of the process and was encouraging new types of sauce combinations that was delicious. Food was great, I have been to other hot pots but this healthy broth was scrumptious. A decent range of options for what to add to your soup as well. I recommend the new limited edition melon soju it's refreshing after biting into a nice hot piece of food.
We could not justify a large bowl of soup that you have to slice ingredients for and cook yourself for $34. That is the weekend rate, all day Sat and Sun. And you are told the price is for all you can eat but only for 2 hours. Looking for another noodle bar now for the value.
