Delicious hot food. Generously portioned tacos and large, tasty burrito! I called and ordered for pickup but it's basically the same prices for takeout via Yelp (no upcharge) so I would do that next time. I don't think it has the "ambiance" to eat there but phenomenal food!

Great tacos. Don't over think your order. You will have trouble eating 4 so just order 3. These are not mini tacos like that late night place.?

Great tacos, best in town. Al pastor and buche are my Mainstays. Buche is really good if the texture doesn't bother you, try it

Lo mejores tacos en Ypsi. These tacos are by far the best I have had in Ypsi so far. Chorizo, carnitas and fish are my trio.Wish the seating and general smell would be nicer(smells like food but really strong)Very much a whole in the wall but are very very good and consistent. Portions are Big! Good value.

The food is fantastic and in generous portions. Lightening fast and always pleasant to deal with. One of the only restaurants in Ypsi that I drive out of my way to get food from regularly. A+ please don’t change a thing!

This restaurant has rave reviews online but we had a terrible experience - first off, we were scammed. We were charged DOUBLE the listed menu price and the server tried to play it off by saying the amount on the receipt isn’t what we would see on the credit card bill. Our total bill should have been $21.75 and she charged us $42. It was unreal! The restaurant has a strong bleach smell despite being dirty - and to top it all off, I didn’t get what I ordered!!!! The food wasn’t bland, no chips and salsa. Bad atmosphere, bad service, and a scam.

They are excellent in my opinion evertime I went there. Only warning the melting cheese on them if you don't know is similar to mozzarella so when eating cause you can choke (I did cause I didn't know) smaller bites and a lot of chewing make my day I ? love them.Parking: Strip mall but you can find a spot

How you gonna sell me a $10 burrito and not give me any sauce? Burrito had nothing but meat and rice in it. No beans, no crema, no cheese, no avocado, nothing... just some dry rice and fried meat And it wasn't wrapped in foil and came with ZERO sauce. Sorry but this is MIDS!!! I sht you not, I threw this burrito away and drove up the street to MINY'S so I could fulfill my burrito needs. More like La Turdé. IT STINKS

Looking for a great spot to grab a quick bite of Mexican food in Ypsi? You definitely need to be giving La Torre Taqueria a try.In the Ann Arbor/ Ypsi area, there are a few contenders as far as solid & authentic mexican food, and La Torre comes ready to vie for a spot among the ranks. The prices are very reasonable (especially for 2023 prices), and you can get pretty good value out of the meals as well.A friend and I swung by recently for dinner, and both got tacos. The tacos themselves are solid, but the real winner is the sauces -- both sauces at the table are absolutely fantastic. Providing a great balance of flavor and heat (while remaining distinct to themselves), the sauces are an excellent complement to your meal.In addition to the sauces & the tacos, the burritos are another highlight. Not just big, think massive! Each burrito is easily 2 meals... one asterisk is that they're heavy on the rice, so be prepared to drop a good amount of sauce in there to keep them from feeling super dry.Overall, I think La Torre is worth your foodie exploration - it's a great combo of value and flavor!
