I went for my online order. They wanted me to pull up to front door and I did, and one of lady came told me go back around and tell your code. It was you who want me to pull up to front without saying the code. So I said why I have to give back and she asked my code, and I didn’t catch cuz she mumbled. Then she sighed and just closed the window so loud and other lady came to me and she got my order. She was so rude and disrespectful. This service was ridiculous and horrible ever in my life.

Garbage. I placed on online order at 5:55AM according to the app and their signs they open at 5, I sat at the order speaker for about 10 minutes after placing the online order and got no response then went to both windows where they said they were closed, didn't say when they open, bit they would bring me the hashbrowns and never did. Would never recommend for anything

Went in orders breakfast items with friends. Felt like the front counter was an after thought, but it looked like they were limited on staff. They took the order, but as soon as it was bagged, placed on the counter as they seemed rushed. It took longer for my friends meal but it was done correctly. All of our meals were proper and fresh. Just took a bit extra. It needs a more personal touch with thanking the customer and not just throwing the bag of food down. Welcoming if what McDonald's is known for should be consistent.

Ive never been so disrespected as black man at McDonald's eff 3811 Carpenter Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 McDonald's they was rude wouldn't accept my order and i walk in the cold from the tesla charging station never ever will i eat there. I felt like the wouldn't take my order because i am black i had to take off before going off. Forget this McDonald's! And these where managers serving me! They need new staff here all around!!!

They said the Internet is out, but I was still allowed to place a curbside order and sat outside for 30 mins with no service. I come inside and they look at me like I’m stupid and say “the internet is out it’s not working”. Maybe considering putting a sign on the curbside signs so I don’t sit here for 30 mins while the app says they are preparing my order.He also said my card was not going to be charged and to just come back if it was. Well it was and I live 20 mins away. Seriously?

I ordered my food through the app. We get to the spot I put it in. We start to wait. I get a message that food is on its way 2-5 mins. 8 min pass and still no food. I walk in and wait another 2 min then the food is on its way out. The drink size was wrong for my daughter’s sweet tea. But she was hungry and she did want to wait any longer.
