I ordered my food through the app. We get to the spot I put it in. We start to wait. I get a message that food is on its way 2-5 mins. 8 min pass and still no food. I walk in and wait another 2 min then the food is on its way out. The drink size was wrong for my daughter’s sweet tea. But she was hungry and she did want to wait any longer.
Hit or miss. If there’s an adult working, (I think her name is Nicole?) then it’s great. She’s super sweet, and great service. I literally only get a fudge sundae and an ice cream cone at this location, and just ask for the cone to be wrapped in extra napkin so we can actually eat it. Nicole is super cool, because she gets it. Then there’s when there’s no adults working… there’s one kid in particular with earrings that just does nasty things, like eating sandwiches...read full review

Went in orders breakfast items with friends. Felt like the front counter was an after thought, but it looked like they were limited on staff. They took the order, but as soon as it was bagged, placed on the counter as they seemed rushed. It took longer for my friends meal but it was done correctly. All of our meals were proper and fresh.
