Amazing place for fresh, flavorful soul food. Place is run by an amazing woman and you can tell that each plate is made with care! The Catfish meal is my personal favorite and the Mac and cheese taste just like home cooking!
I can’t speak on the service and atmosphere, as we did a carry out. But I can definitely speak on the food!! Goodt!!! Very goodt! The sides so delicious I haven’t even tasted my fish yet!
Mo P's is near the back of the liquor store's parking lot. Most people order carry out, but there is seating at the counter and 6-8 tables in the dining area (some tables may have items sitting on them). Everything we ordered was outstanding, from the collard greens to the potato salad and the baked beans. I would order the fried chicken rather than the chicken strips. The chicken strips may be frozen, but their fried chicken is stellar, and the perfectly seasoned skin...
