Great Food, Great Shawarmas (especially considering they sold out of the beef I wanted to try lol) and they were working their butts off in that truck at the Ypsi Food Fest today. They really looked out today.
Our family loves the Shawarma Chef! The food is absolutely delicious! We pretty much tried everything on the menu and it is all so flavorful and delicious and fresh. Also, the little pickles that they put in the meals are so good! Thank you thank you thank you. Oh, and the hummus is perfect.
I've never had food-truck schawarma before, so I didn't know what to expect. Wow, was I ever surprised! The chicken schawarma was perfectly cooked and assembled; tender chunks of marinated meat, fresh veggies and a mild but flavor-filled garlic sauce.
