New found appreciation for this Tacobell. Perfect for 2 am tbell runs. Food slaps 90% of the time. After trying the awful new Plymouth rd location I appreciate yall at the Washtenaw store so much more. You are awesome please never change.

I asked for 4 large waters because my baby and girlfriend and the big ole lady said I can’t get water without purchasing food I said that’s false and the website said different never go here they hate their life and like to make others lives harder I’m so distraught…

Very bad cashier service at the kiosk. A rude caucasian woman, hair dyed half red above, she treated me with a very bad attitude and didn't seem to want to lift even a hand or work, her face was very horrible, poorly educated, and not patient lady, I also witnessed her treat other customers very badly while eating at the same time. Remember you are attending us, we are paying customers to you. With this type of behavior to me I almost canceled my order, it set a very negative environment. I understand if you cant find anything else but at least do your job correctly or go find something else. The other workers were joyful to me and didn't seem so bad, but please manager need to fire that dog woman to improve the place. The food was very well prepared here, and I enjoyed it.

This is by far the best taco bell I've been to in forever. I left the one on Plymouth in Ann arbor due to some managers (Lakayah) unprofessional attitude (eye rolling, food slamming, and disrespectful escalation of unwanted drama) just to come here and it was well worth it. I recommend others to come here especially if you have going children with you. They love love love children and I love it ! The experience was a breath of fresh air after traveling from the other location I mentioned previously. Y'all enjoy , I promise you won't be disappointed🥰

The staff here work hard my meal was correct except for the AI neglecting the fact that I wanted to add onions and sour cream to my pintos and cheese. Could have made extra money if it was a real person and not a computer.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Definitely the best in Washtenaw County. They are a reliable source for late night food that always slaps. When other fast food restaurants that claim to be open late are closing up early and denying you service, this Taco Bell will always be there for you (unless you are up after 3AM, go home you're drunk). They get my order right every time!!!
According to their sign they closed at 4am (this was on a Sunday night, and the hours are pictured below). But when we ordered the girl said “well we close in two minutes” (it was 2:54) and then at the window said “the entire back line hates you”. So a little confused why she was this hostile if we had over an hour before they closed. The food was very good though.
