My biggest thing is trying to figure out when they are open. Sure in the morning items expect them to be there, even though it says that they’re open online. But But in the middle of the day, like 5 o’clock, they’re not open or they’re not making food and there’s a line so they’re not telling people they’re not making food.

I pulled up to the drive-thru and was unable to place an order because it had to be done through doordash. I had a very difficult time understanding the person speaking through the speaker and she was rude. This is no way to run a business.

Would give 0 stars if possible, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I don't know how this place isn't shut down yet, updating this review after 2 years and it's still the same if not worse. 40+ minute drive thru lines without moving an inch. And but just once, or twice, or during busy or late hours, but ALWAYS, at any hour. Google might say that they're open but they're open in name only, good luck trying to get any food. You'd have better luck waiting til sunrise the next day and making a burger from scratch before you can even put your order in, let alone actually getting the food. This place should be shut down, I don't know what the hell they're doing in there, I wish I could just go to my job and do absolutely nothing for the entire day and get paid cuz that's clearly what they're doing in there. Said it before already but it bears repeating, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD AND YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR HOURS. THIS IS NOT HYPERBOLE OR EXAGGERATION.
