Love the salt mine eggplant and green beans with pork. My wife and I always order a couple of favorites and something we've never tried before. The Americanized Chinese dishes are great, and we've always had good experiences with trying less familiar items. Lots to explore.

the egg drop soup was amazing! sesame chicken and pot stickers were great - steamed pork buns were ok. it's a cute little restaurant with great food. we came a bit late but the people were great!Kid-friendliness: paper table covers so kiddos can color and they are friendly toward kiddos.

I would give 0 star on the service, if I could. Terrible attitude. Their tofu was bitter, and I asked for cancelation. The female manager insisted to make a new batch and it was bitter again. She then started accusing the bitter taste was my daughter putting salt in the dish. What an bitxx. At the end, she insisted that we pay for the dish that we didn't eat. Never ever return to that restaurant anymore, never!

Was there with family for Chinese New Year. The service was beyond great! The food was excellent and came out quickly. There are some typical Chinese dishes, but the menu boasts many traditional dishes. Our meal was served village style. Can not wait to return.

This is some of my favorite food anywhere. The typical Sichuan dishes are things I dream about. The lamb spine and the pork blood cake are two of my favorites. I am always excited to come back here and try new and different dishes.

Their food used to be okay-ish but since the relocation & change of owners (?) the food is absolutely terrible. Despite bad seasoning, you can also find random ingredients that are not fresh at all. Very disappointing and will never order again.

I have been here a couple times since they moved to their new location. Initially, I thought it was great and would have given it 5 stars--authentic food, large portions, great space that can accommodate large parties. However, this most recent time, I thought the food was just OK and would give it 3 stars. Favorites were the pea shoots and the squirrel fish. Given the relatively limited options for Chinese food in the area, I will definitely be back.

I am a traveler to Michigan.. I am a big fan of Sichuan spice. Planned to introduce this cuisine to my friend's. But it's a complete disaster. No assistance in explaining the dishes or understanding the customer.. I visited this even though it got less ratings hoping that the Sichuan spice food would be available.. Only Chinese people can select this..as they can be comfortable in communicating and choosing the dishes..Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian stay away from this.. they serve dishes saying veg, but I found prawn in dumpling and non veg flavor in vegetarian dishes.. as our group contains both vegetarian and non vegetarians, we could identify this.

The food is always great. They have the "classic" Chinese place dishes but they also have a huge menu of authentic Chinese food. The service can be a bit awkward since most of the staff don't speak much English but everyone is friendly.Vegetarian options: They have some fake chicken dishes that are amazing.
