As far as I know, Drip is the only specialty coffee shop in Zeeland, and it fills that niche well. The coffee is good with decent pastries and a comfortable atmosphere. I especially admire the plywood tables and benches! The hours are quite limited, though, so it's really just a place for morning to early afternoon. Overall, it's a charming little coffee shop that does almost everything right. A few more distinguishing characteristics and some extended hours could elevate...
Super aesthetic but very limited seating. And very popular! People were going in and out all morning. I got a vanilla latte (delicious) and was hoping to do some work inside the shop but there was no seating. More of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down but very cute.
The menu is mostly reasonably priced and the drinks are good. The staff is kind and friendly.
The real issue is the atmosphere. It’s a nice, comfortable place to sit down, but it has really high ceilings— the kind you’d find in a loud, echoey sports bar. I was there alone while two groups of two people. Because it was super echoey in there, they were basically shouting over each other— when there’s only two groups!
