We sat outside on a perfect Saturday evening. The cozy historic buildings and quiet small town atmosphere is so charming. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, and I got the short rib grilled cheese with tomato soup. We mmMmmmmmm'd our way through the entire meal. Excellent food and the cutest setting! We will definitely visit again.
We love Public! The food, drinks, atmosphere and the very best part….The Staff!!! The best people work here- Meredith, Kate, Alex…so kind and fun! We love coming here, and feel so comfortable bringing our autistic teenage son as well- it’s a gem! We miss the blonde brownie, would love to see that come back!
After moving to the area last year, we were randomly told how good of a restaurant Public is while shopping in downtown Holland. After one visit, we continue to keep coming back. Their bar has a great selection for drinks, especially their espresso martini. With great drinks comes a very unique food menu. Their fried avocado rolls might be the best appetizer we've ever had from any restaurant, and their fried chicken sandwich is amazing. Being in a smaller space, the atmosphere...
