They always greet me warmly & respectfully. They have a nice variety of hot or cold beverages. I love their vanilla chai tea (cold). They know my order by heart. They ask what I’m doing today & if I’m doing anything fun. They’re fast & efficient. Far exceeds any Starbucks I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
First time visiting Hudsonville location.
I walked in and was only customer, besides drive through customers.
Ordered regular coffee with cream and a bagel breakfast sandwich.
Coffee was not hot, not even warm. I asked if they could warm it up because it’s barely tepid. Help who was friendly said she had no way of doing that. I waited for bagel for awhile, until I wondered if they forgot. The girl noticed and yelled back to who ever was making...
