Always get my order right, never an issue. You'd be surprised how many places mess up a "half sweet, half unsweet" tea, but never this place?! Always pleasant to say hi to Patricia in the drive thru.
The food was very good, a very long wait in the drive thru line. The young man the delivered my order wadded up the bag, did not include any napkins, and never asked if I wanted condiments for my fries. Far below the national standards for this corporation, which I have previously worked for on two occasions.

Ordered on app like they want but got there and can't get my Hot chocolate machine broke and they can't refund me cause I ordered in app. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Sick f wasting my money. They need a better app system if things aren't available. They offered a coffee but I hate coffee.
