“Stopped here on our way through to get a Christmas tree in Isle. What a fantastic find! Super friendly bartender, strong drinks, great game day specials, and a damn good fried chicken special. And oh man, wonderful homemade chunky bleu cheese dressing! We plan to get back asap for their hand pattied burgers! This bar/grill is a true MN gem!”

“The atmosphere is always fun and loose....when you're at the Moose!This place is the best kept secret in Aitkin. New people, guests, and non-members are encouraged to come and check the place out. How else is a club going to grow? Drinks are stiff, the Women of the Moose make fresh pizzas that are delicious if you're hungry, it's a great place to watch a game, play some darts, win some meat (Saturday at 6pm is the meat raffle), there's a big meal night every Wednesday, and above all else....great fellowship.The Moose might not look fancy from the outside but once you walk in you'll see that it's got to be the nicest establishment in Aitkin. Clean, well lit, high ceilings, new and crisp with an old time warm feel to it.Oh yeah, and free popcorn!”

“Great, friendly service! Good specials, and though we didn't order food, the menu looked good. Fun apps like tater tot kegs and mini tacos. Lots of bar top seating, good variety of liquor and canned drinks, and the ambiance is topped off with pull tabs. Loved it and would come back!”

“Stopped in the other day for the first time, servers were very friendly and food was good! I’m gluten free and there were plenty of options to choose from with that in mind. Cauliflower crust is typically hit or miss but I enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch cauliflower crust pizza I ordered. The only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star review is because it was quite smokey in the whole building, enough that my eyes were irritated after sitting there for an hour. It was also quite cold inside, I wore my jacket the whole time.”

“My first time here, my parents live in town and I visit them every few weeks. I came to grab a quick lunch, saw the menu as soon as I walked in. I'm glad it was close and I didn't have to squint to see it. I asked a few questions to the gentleman behind the counter. I arrived at noon, and made sure that the breakfast menu was still available. I got a croissant with bacon, cheese, egg. The bacon was huge and long! Super yummy! Only about $6. I also eyed up a pre-packaged lemon cake dessert and added that on. I think my total was $9.60. Very affordable! The 2 employees greeted me and answered my questions. I forgot to take a picture of my sandwich! I took pics of the bathroom, because I'm always on the lookout for accessibility for my mom.Parking: Available parking on street”

“Their au gratin potatoes are probably the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked potatoes in a wonderful creamy sauce with crispy cheese baked on top.Broasted chicken was juicy inside and perfectly crisped on the skin.All delicious.”

“We were desperate for breakfast but in a resort town, that is sometimes challenging. Subway is not my first choice for breakfast but I do like subway sandwiches. Breakfast flatbread sandwich was really good, staff was super friendly, free refills on soda and clean eating area. Works for me.”
