“Cuyuna Brewing was our final stop before heading to our campsite. I enjoyed a couple beers here and bought some merch. They didn't have the shirt I wanted in my size, but I guess that gives me another excuse to come back. There's some outdoor seating out front, but it's basically on the sidewalk, not really a patio. They've got a good start here and it sounds like they recently expanded to have an event room. I hope they're able to thrive so I can visit again in the future.”

“When we pay as much as we did for Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort, we expected everything to be fantastic. The experience still was good but with some notable exceptions. The 9--hole golf course and the outdoor swimming pool both were closed for repairs. The beach was available, but the lake had a rocky bottom that was uncomfortable to walk on, and getting in and out of the beach area involved either climbing over rocks or negotiating very steep steps with no banister. The marina, on the other hand, was terrific, with a lot of boating options. A kayaking outing one of us took on Bay Lake revealed loons and even a bald eagle. Communication was a bit off. The staff at the front desk told us that there was no putting green, but when we visited the pro shop, we found out that there was one, with free golf clubs and balls to boot. Likewise, a staff member at the main restaurant told us there was no alternative to a pricey seafood boil, but actually there was one, just across the hall. Finally, the bingo game was in a different room -- and floor -- than the one printed on the schedule, leading to people roaming around the lodge trying to find the game. Our villa had all of the amenities of an apartment, and all in fine working order. The only small glitch was that the blinds were open in the bathroom, and the only way to reach them to close them was to step into the Jacuzzi. We enjoyed the activities on nights when the resort had them and could find good movies on the TV in the room when it did not.”

“We stopped here on the way to our nearby campsite a couple weekends ago. They had good service. Everyone was really friendly, both bar staff and fellow patrons. We had a couple rounds of beers, played a quarter game for a while and chatted with the locals. Definitely a nice place to stop for a few rounds.”

“This place is amazing in all ways of measure. This atmosphere is top shelf in comfort and very inviting. The owner Ally is absolutely phenomenal!! I had fantastic conversations with her and felt appreciated. The chef was also extremely hospitable and most assuredly knew what he was doing in that kitchen. I ordered the Brisket and it didn't disappoint. The meat was ultra tender, flavor-filled and very filling. I chose the soup of the day and I believe it was a pork vegetable soup. That soup could start it's own religion! Lol. I could eat that meal every single day and never get tired of it......EVER!! I will always stop in for the Michelin Star level service and cuisine. Kudos to those amazing people in that town and at that establishment. Although I live almost 800 miles away I am with contestation, a loyal patron. I highly recommend this gem. One thing that also warmed my heart was that in the description on Google is was stated they were LGBTQ+ friendly. That is amazing as I am the dad of a Trans son and I have gotten to see the lack if acceptance he has dealt with so it was nice to see a community that is open but they don't beat you over the head with where they stand but they most assuredly let you know where they stand, proudly and completely. Amazing!”

“Brita was absolutely amazing. She is such a caring person, and her knowledge of the menu made ordering easy. The food was fantastic, and her bright, uplifting personality made the whole experience enjoyable.

The kitchen was a little slow, but we happily stayed because Brita was so kind, engaging, and genuinely interesting to talk to. Great service like hers is hard to find. We’ll definitely be back!”

“My 1st time at this location/in this city too! I had a coupon, but then I realized it had expired two months earlier. The employee was super nice and didn't make new feel like an idiot, thankfully! Thank you for that! I took a few pictures, enjoy! GPS is a little odd, so pay attention. Make sure you get the coupons or use the app to save money

I didn’t catch her name but the person who took our order and brought us our order was so nice and caring, she went above and beyond to make our experience special. She even brought my girls a character ring and they loved it so much. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience :)”
