Hudson offers delicious dishes, including nachos, pulled pork, smoked meatloaf, prime rib, and au gratin potatoes. A particular favorite among visitors is the Chop Brisket Sandwich, which has an excellent smoky flavor. The brisket tacos are also praised as some of the best around.
