Great breakfast wraps! Bathrooms are super clean, so I figure the kitchen must be too! Pretty cool and upbeat place! Will be back! Didn't know that scones and such were available. Will try that next time.
Whenever we come up to cuyuna I HAVE to stop for coffee at The Hudson. The vanilla bean late is one of my favorites in MN. I wish they had a location in the cities for coffee. The idea of the restaurant is really cool. I hope other biking towns in MN follow Crosby/Ironton one day.

Stumbled across this place while visiting Cuyuna park. The brisket was AMAZING. Great atmosphere the staff was super attentive. One recommendation I would give is to offer mac and cheese as a side option. Overall great experience and will definitely be back!
