The Subway restaurant is known for its service quality. The manager, Stephanie, is praised for helping cancel a catering order promptly. However, some customers had less positive experiences. One customer received a messy sandwich with too much mayo and oil, making it inedible. Another customer received a sandwich on bread that was falling apart and was not replaced despite being mutilated. Despite these negatives, the staff's kindness and service are appreciated by the customers.
