Please cook the rice all the way! Very hard wet and crunchy. Also out of chips :,( great avocado dip
I was really happy to see that Alexandria now has a Chipotle as I was driving thru. I decided to stop and get some tacos. I was very pleased at the amount of meat that they gave me. It wasn’t too much, but it definitely was enough, which is hard to come by nowadays at chipotle. Everything tasted fresh and warm. My family and I ate here for the first time ever, our expectations were exceeded!! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were great, they were super patient with us when we asked questions about the menu. I’d 100% eat here again!!

The app gives a free guac code for newcomers, and the gentleman who handed over the order was all smiles. However, some reviews mentioned issues. One noted the staff was overwhelmed, the rice was gone, and the queso was dry and lumpy. Another reported dirty tables, a messy beverage area, lack of silverware and straws, overflowing garbages, and bathrooms with no hand towels.
