“Today is the start of the Common Ground Coffee and Soup House!! First soup 🍜 bowl I am trying is the Broccoli, Ham and Cheese Soup. The flavor is great! I would give the soup a 8.5 and the only change would be to use a different type of cheese. Not all cheese should be used in soups or for melting purposes… but the flavor is definitely there!! Awesome!! Second soup I am trying right now is Chicken Wild Rice Soup! OMG this is AWESOME!! The flavor is great, it has vegetables you can see and taste and that adds to the flavor! Definitely a 9.5+! Two more new ones to try but I will in a bit! Come and sample, soups are free today!! I have had three different ones before this and they were all awesome!! So happy Bill started serving soup!!“

“Great place. Friendly staff, and a really delicious PB Crunch Blender that I get consistently there. Classic "treat yo self" item and it fulfills that purpose with high marks.Was unfamiliar with Scooters before the Alex location, but now I'm a fan. I think this location is drive-thru only.Need to try more of their selection. I am a coffee place noob.“

“The coffee is good, most of the time. Sometimes the espresso tastes like they left it sitting for too long. I used to work at a Caribou Coffee shop and leaving the espresso to sit for 30 seconds without incorporating anything into it can leave it tasting gross.“

“Love love love the coffee and food here! However …. Today during the lunch hour there was a piano player who was excellent BUT sooooooo loud people were not staying. I thought maybe that was the intention - to get people in and out as fast as possible. My advice - if you want a relaxing lunch don’t eat inside today“

“May 29th, 2024 This by far was my best experience at this particular location, which has not been the case in the past. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was nice to see smiling and friendly faces. A great interaction from start to finish!“

“The barista was extremely friendly and helpful. However, I asked if any food items did not contain dairy and she said she could remove the cheese or the maple chicken sandwich didn't. But I later realized the chicken sandwich has milk in the egg and butter in the maple butter (I didn't know it was maple butter). I luckily don't have severe issues with dairy, but that is a problem.

Vegetarian options: A lot of the food options are labeled vegetarian, although I do not know if the staff understand what that means and know the ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: A variety of non-dairy milk at a reasonable flat substitution charge. The baristas do not know the ingredients of the food well, so I wouldn't ask them for food recommendations based on dietary restrictions.“

“I had a really great experience there! I usually don’t write reviews but I was really impressed by the lady who took my order at the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru, Kirsten, was friendly and patient. My drink was perfect thank you so much this made my day!!“
