I’m from out of town but have started going to Alexandria for groceries just so I can make a stop at Schmidty’s! The employees are always super friendly and Schmidty herself is always pleasant and waiting to welcome her customers! My daughter loves the boba & I’ve been working on trying the Dr Pepper and Coke choices 😍 So delicious!!

Schmidty’s Soda Shop is a hidden gem and a really nice, clean place. The staff are wonderful, super friendly, quick, and all smiley with great attitudes. The menus are well organized with LOTS of options for cold and unique drinks. The sodas are delicious, amazing, scrumptious, and super good, with amazing presentation. Specific drinks like the Lemonade Island, Fanta Swell, Mello Yello Tropic, boba, and a combo of Red Bull, blue raspberry syrup, and cream are all highly recommended. It is a great place for a fun little treat, very affordable, and definitely worth trying.
