I stop in here pretty regularly, and what always stands out is how hard the staff works! Everyone is always helpful and friendly, and even on super busy nights they're ding their best to take care of people and keep things moving. Love the burgers, the Parmesan Quesadilla, Chicken Tenders and the Meat Pizza is amazing!

Thursday nights 21+ bowl free and there's an interactive DJ. Makes it pretty fun, even got a free shot for getting a strike with a neon headpin. Fridays and Saturday's the staff is great for bingo, they do lots of running around but they make the experience fun even under insanely busy and stressful conditions.

The fun starts with Olivia at the front counter. Although there was a family ahead of us, we were acknowledged immediately. Olivia juggles handing out shoes, assigning lanes, and taking food orders, all with a winning smile. PS their fries are better than McD's. It is very clean - no bowling alley spilled beer smell. The lanes have auto bumpers and a wide variety of bowling balls, allowing even the smallest bowler to find something they can handle. There is a bar area, pulltabs, and BINGO on the other side of the bowling lanes. Great family outing.

Website promoted all you can bowl until close but that's not the case. It's really only 8:00 PM to 10:45 PM. Just go to another bowling place to get your money's worth.

I would give a negative review if I could. The concession stands close at 9 and they force you to go to the bar. The staff, pretend to work and ignore you as well. Worst of all, they scam you with the unlimited bowling. Hours are from 8 til 12, but they kick you off at 11 and then charge you again for the last hour. Shady business and we won’t be bowling here anymore. Don’t waste your time here, other places aren’t this shady.

My family visited this bowling alley at 9 PM to celebrate a birthday. We were informed by the staff that if we paid an additional $20 per person, we could bowl until closing time at 12 AM. Excited for a full night of fun, we decided to pay the extra fee. However, to our surprise, our lane was shut off at 11 PM—an hour earlier than promised. When we approached the front desk for clarification, the staff member dismissed us, stating they were closing, despite it not being the official closing time. We pointed out that other lanes were still open and reminded him of what we paid for, but he ignored us and continued putting away shoes instead of addressing our concerns.
This experience left us feeling cheated and disappointed. We paid for time we weren’t given, and the lack of professionalism and accountability from the staff made it worse. Customer service should prioritize honesty and respect, especially when guests are paying extra for an extended experience. Unfortunately, this bowling alley did not deliver on its promises, and we left feeling frustrated instead of celebrating. Would not recommend if you’re expecting transparent pricing and fair treatment.
