We used Unique to cater our business Christmas party w/ over 450 people in attendance. They were able to successfully handle the flow of a crowd that size, getting them through quickly and easily. Other vendors in the past have not been successful in this. We served beef tips with mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, salad and bread and so many people commented on the delicious food.
