I am a huge Caribou coffee fan. It is where I choose to go all the time. However, this location was in the weeds this afternoon. When I arrived, there were eight people in line waiting for their drinks and none of them moved in the 10 minutes I was there. I ended up, leaving without getting my drink. To be fair, I do not believe it was the staff fault, as there were only two and they were not able to keep up with the demand.

Ordered a white berry mocha and a chorizo burrito. Continued on my way to work, opened up the bag for my burrito. Surprise! It’s Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal for Carrie J! Yaaay! Absolutely not my order and also it tastes like dogfood. No need to thank me, thank you!

My husband brought me a coffee . He gets home, hands it to me and I looked at him like this is a joke, right. It literally feels like there's nothing in the cup. I opened it to see and sure enough it was a little more then half full. I've been a loyal caribou customer for years and I get the worst service at the andover marketplace east. With the price of a specialty coffee drink one would think that your employees would take a little .ore care in the product you're putting out there. I would appreciate it if you would credit my account for the medium drink we paid for.

It took me one hour to drive from Brooklyn Park to Andover. Traffic was horrible. Then I decided to get some coffee to make it home.
I got my iced Americano, and I saw this message on the cover, it made my evening!

They always go above and beyond. They are always respectful and welcoming. I seriously love this place and the people who work here. I can’t name just one person.. I’ve been going to this location for 5 years(I live right across the street) and I’ve never in my 5 years have had a bad experience and I’ll admit I go pretty frequently, haha. Thank you so much for what you do ❤️❤️
