Friendly staff. Found out how many calories my drink is. It's a lot but really delicious.

The workers were very friendly.

Very rude staff!-not my job mentality.

I ordered online and ordered a ice oat milk craft press with oat milk cold foam and added white chocolate and vanilla into it and paid for it but the whole thing tastes watered down, I asked for lite ice and I saw her pour my drink in ice filled all the way to the top. I was okay with it I didn’t mind but when I asked her to hand me my bagel because the lady who was on the ovens put it in drive she practically threw it at me. I never experienced this before at any caribou and this is the second time at the same one where they messed up my drink order.

Went through drive-thru and service was friendly and quick and our drinks tasted soooooo good! I had the Iced Vanilla White and my hubby had the hot White Mocha. Delicious!!

Service was unfriendly and cold. Asked for my drink with no whip cream and when she handed me the coffee it was piled high with whip cream. When I reminded her I asked for no whip, she shrugged and handed me two napkins.

I go to this location all the time and it is my favorite caribou to use. The employees are always happy and the seating area is nice and roomy.

Caribou in Andover is the place we go! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service is always right on! We feel like part of the family every time we stop.
My favorite drink is Hot Crafted Press with vanilla and caramel. This Caribou makes the best of all the ones I have had from other places.
