Caribou Coffee

It took me one hour to drive from Brooklyn Park to Andover. Traffic was horrible. Then I decided to get some coffee to make it home.
I got my iced Americano, and I saw this message on the cover, it made my evening!

They always go above and beyond. They are always respectful and welcoming. I seriously love this place and the people who work here. I can’t name just one person.. I’ve been going to this location for 5 years(I live right across the street) and I’ve never in my 5 years have had a bad experience and I’ll admit I go pretty frequently, haha. Thank you so much for what you do ❤️❤️

I ordered online and ordered a ice oat milk craft press with oat milk cold foam and added white chocolate and vanilla into it and paid for it but the whole thing tastes watered down, I asked for lite ice and I saw her pour my drink in ice filled all the way to the top. I was okay with it I didn’t mind but when I asked her to hand me my bagel because the lady who was on the ovens put it in drive she practically threw it at me. I never experienced this before at any caribou and this is the second time at the same one where they messed up my drink order.

Went through drive-thru and service was friendly and quick and our drinks tasted soooooo good! I had the Iced Vanilla White and my hubby had the hot White Mocha. Delicious!!
