Four of the past seven times here for lunch, closed. Not open. No one there. No sign of a live person. All the lights are on but no one is home. No sign saying closed. FIRE someone Target. This and this alone is why I don't shop here for anything anymore. Other workers and departments are open. All nice, "anything I can do for tou?" "Yes, cook me a bleeping bleep, bleeping pizza" They can't do that. But they are nice about it.
