Went here for lunch and ordered drinks, tacos and nachos. Tacos were soggy, Ground beef was inedible (dry and tasted bad), and the guacamole was sitting in about a half inch of water. Drinks were just ok, clearly from a mix and inconsistent. Everything seemed to be from a can. You would get better quality from fast food Mexican.

The food was very tasty and the portions appropriate. Our waiter was a very nice and professional gentleman that made sure everything was to our liking. The store was clean. It has an unassuming look from the outside, yet is unexpectedly charming when you step past the threshold. Definitely worth a visit!

Worst Mexican food I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It bordered on disgusting.

The food was not great, but the service was worse. Saw our waiter twice and our food was not hot when it came out. One of the other servers brought it to us after it had clearly been sitting for some time. Never got any refills on drinks.

Great food and atmosphere in this local venue. Highly recommend the guacamole dip along with your chips.

I took one bite and that's it. Horrible! I ordered the naked burrito (no tortilla) and the fishy tasting/smelling chicken was so much of a turn off, I ordered my check immediately and left. This restaurant is not even trying to make good tasting food. Don't waste your time or money.

Bartender was great. Food was ok. Manager didn’t know how to manage.

My favorite place to eat in downtown Anoka. Outdoor table service. Marvelous veggie burrito. Secret, quiet seating at a couple of tables out back in the alley - accessible via the hallway that leads to the restrooms. They will make you anything on the menu for takeout.

Wife and I have been going here since they opened and they’ve upped their game lately. Staying open later on the weekends, some fun, low key, live music after the “normal” dinning hours. Food is always good. As far as people having service issues, I’d be surprised if any problems aren’t isolated and no worse than any other restaurant.

We've been a few times and it's been a bit of mixed bag. The first time was great. Great service, good food just overall very good experience. The second time we brought a guest from our of town and the service was abysmal at best. It was a Wednesday night so nothing special. We waited 15 min on the patio for no one to come out and so I went in. Found all the staff BS-ing by the kitchen and they seemed annoyed I asked for menus and mentioned we were outside. Food was again good, but then we got our bill, paid then looked at the receipt and an extra $28 was added. So back inside we went to remedy the issue (charged the wrong table is what we were told). The second visit left us underwhelmed which was disappointing.

Food is MN Mexican, with emphasis on MN. If you're looking for something authentic, this isn't the place. However, it's in the middle of downtown Anoka's Sip & Stroll district, so ya gotta stroll in.

It was my first time here and I walked in while exploring Anoka. Upon walking in the door, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I’ve ever met! They made me feel so welcome and at home, especially my first time here. The bartender Lexi made me the best spicy margarita I’ve EVER had, and she was absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious and fresh, and I loved that their kitchen is open late. I can’t wait to be back weekly! Don’t hesitate to stop in!
