I love this place it is my favorite Chinese food place I don’t live in Anoka anymore I live in Cambridge now and the last four years I’ve probably only had a handful of times and I miss it. This place is almost as old as I am and the food is fantastic and the prices are good for a chicken egg, foo young is the best I’ve ever had, and there’s chicken fried rice. It’s so good if anyone knows what year this place opened up please let me know

Best I have found in the north end of town. Waitress was a very hard working person.

We are regulars here. They have always prepared our order quickly whether we eat in or take it to go. They are friendly, affordable and the portion sizes are awesome!

The food is good, the bad thing is the attention of a waitress in a bad way, you almost threw things away, they would have to improve the customer service in my life, I will return to that place.

I've eaten here for 25 years. Owners have changed but the food is the same. I've read all the good and bad reviews. Which are accurate as this place does certain dishes amazing...and other dishes terrible.
Example:
5 star - Kung Pao Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Egg Rolls, Chicken Almond Ding
3 star (normal Chinese food) Moo Goo and S&S chicken, Lo Mein, Fried Rice
1 star - regular chow mein, sesame chicken, orange chicken

If you come here...get the right stuff.

I went for lunch while I was at a work training. The service was quick and professional, the space was a bit rundown, but the food was really rough. There was no flavor in General Tso Chicken sauce, chicken, or fried rice. The sauce tasted like water with corn starch and a dash of soy sauce. Disappointing to say the least.

I am not sure about their other food, but I was not impressed with the egg drop soup or the cream cheese wontons. Neither had very much flavor, and it was greasy and the soup was thick consistency with little to no taste so felt like I was drinking mineral oil with a slight salt/broth taste. Price is good though.

We went here a few months ago and the food was dry and the chicken was stringy, rubbery and you could not chew it. I thought maybe they had an off night. We tried them again and the same thing. You could not chew the chicken in the sesame chicken. Again, it was dry and rubbery. The flavor was off and was just not edible. The lo mein was very bland. We ended up throwing it out. This place used to be very delicious but through the years it’s gone down hill. The service was good just wish the food was too.
