I have been a long time patron of Serums.
I would like to say the wait staff, and Bar staff, are excellent very professional and friendly... They have an absolutely delicious menu . And all the staff are very attentive . Security are professional, and quick if trouble arises.. I always feel very safe, and have an awesome time promoting the local bands .
I recommend going there getting dinner, and drinks etc. and staying for the music. You will not regret it I promise !!!

Have you seen a spike in reviews for Serums? I'd guess the new negative reviews are all coming from one person you has a recent beef with this establishment. We've all seen it before, and it sure matches up well with a story I was recently told:
A former regular of Serum's was giving a lifetime ban for inappropriate/over-sexualized behavior and excessive drunkenness. That's the story I heard, at least. I will let you all draw your own conclusions on what you think is happening.
In my experiences, I will tell you that Serum's staff takes the safety, happiness and general satisfaction on their customers very seriously. You may see other people logging on to defend this amazing bar/restaurant too. And one person with multiple accounts is pretty easy to spot, isn't it?

Serums can’t handle any sort of criticism either. Dislike them? They don’t try to fix things or address them, the person running their social media simply blocks you. Write something they don’t like? They enlist people who are friends to come on and write glowing reviews refuting your concerns. It’s just interesting how shady the leadership of this establishment is. Don’t go here if you are a confident and curvy woman—they don’t like that there. Pretty privilege is strong here, and so is nepotism and gossip. There are so many better places where you’re treated like you should be as a customer than this establishment.

Jordan, our server was amazing! I loved the sliders and wings! Good times with good friends can always be had here!
Wheelchair accessibility: They may have a back entrance but this is a step up, bar meaning there are several steps stepping into the establishment

So my wife comes home and her and her friend met here and apparently the food was terrible and the service even worse. Now my wife is very sweet almost too much so but then something is this bad she will say something!! The recommendation here is……..stay away. Go somewhere else where you will be served good food and treated with respect!!!

Holy moly were these some of the best bone in wings I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend the Ol Smokey, and then I wanted something a little more dry rib so I got the Wild West Ranch and Lemon Pepper. The Queso Dip was pretty good as an app. The atmosphere was pretty cool and the waitress was friendly and on top of her stuff. Only downside is we had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table, but it was worth the wait and Saturday night so I assume most other times it’s not an issue.

One of my favorite places to eat, but definitely the best in DTA. Recommend the chicken 😋 Also a great atmosphere at night on the weekends, has lower level, upper level with music and the patio.
