The worst thing that has happened is long time owner Jack sold the business. Happy for him, sad for literally all the customers.
We were regulars for well over a dozen years, but today was the last straw. We've really tried to support them. During quarantine, we'd order take out and we normally ate there a couple of times a month.

Had breakfast 9/2/2022. Enjoyed the we support the police sign. Liked the senior and veterans discounts. But was disappointed in the breakfast. I asked them to crispy up the hash browns but they Were raw and cold. The toast was limp. Now many may enjoy that tye of breakfast but not us. The waitress was wonderful z
My parents lived at Walker Plaza! They loved walking over to Sparky’s for lunch! We ate here often! The food is fabulous! My dad’s favorite was the senior menu hamburger and fries! Sparky’s is truly the cafe that is unique as cafes were in the old days! Greatest cafe ever! Thank you Sparky’s for those wonderful memories eating lunch at Sparky’s with my parents!
