Went for dinner today, ordered a roast beef, three sliders, and a kid's chicken strip meal. One of the sliders was completely missing, the roast beef bun was literally CAKED in flour. It was disgusting.
Always liked the food before, but won't be going back anymore.
Went to the drive thru tonight, wasn't busy at all. Got 4 sandwiches and 3 sides (onion rings, curly fries and potato cakes) Come home to no potato cakes in the bag, half a container of onion rings, an incorrect sandwich and no arbys or horsey sauce (which we asked for). We tried to call and complain and the phone just rang and rang at the store. Of course, thanks arbys.
