I love this place but it really is hit or miss. Got the one piece box last week and it had 1 tiny overcooked thigh and a tiny over cooked leg. Like they had been sitting in the warmer for too long.
Got it again this week and it was a high thigh and leg and absolutely delicious.
Overall the place is great don't let 1 experience make you stay away. Give it another shot.

Date of Visit: 11/22/25 - Ordered at the counter at 5:44PM, there was one in drive-thru and one other individual in the restaurant. Received food at 6:03PM. Chicken & fries were hot and flavorless (did they forget the cajun seasoning?), mac & cheese was a microwaved/congealed mess. Generally, we love Popeyes so we're willing to give it another shot, but this visit missed the mark.
