Awful food quality. Both my wife and I felt awful after dinner there....felt like i was gonna throw up... had to take alka seltzer. Never going there again.

Very slow service. We went to the patio on a nice day and sat down at 5:35. My beverage arrived at about 6:15. I'm not sure what caused the delay.

I've improved this rating to a 3 Star (from 2 star) because the restaurant gave us appetizer coupons to make up for the slower service. Seems like they were understaffed?

We sat and waited 45 minutes while watching our waiter waited on everyone around us. We got our drinks and then we were forgotten. When we talked to someone to get our tab the waiter came by and said I know you’re upset I took care of your drinks I’m the only waiter in this section and walked away. No apology nothing. We wanted to eat. We will never go again! Horrible experience. On top of it they tried to give us the wrong tab. We are sitting at Cowboy Jacks now getting excellent service!

I will love to change this to 5 ⭐️s if you’d please staff more ppl during bingo! The staff you have are wonderful, I have loved each person we’ve gotten and they are working their tails off but it’s too busy for them to keep up when there is this many ppl for the bingo days. You need more help during those times please, and we would consistently have spent more money if attended to promptly.

I have been here many times over the years. Most of the time I enjoy my experience and my food. I most often come for bingo with various friends, it’s a great way to spend a cold winter evening! Staff is usually great and my service is too, but my main issue is with the guy who actually does the bingo. I can’t tell if he has started to hate calling bingo in the last year or two but I have been able to tell that he has gotten more stern, annoyed, and just downright rude to players recently. It’s gotten to be to the point where I’m not sure that I want to go back for bingo anymore. I want to play bingo in a fun atmosphere, not in a place where the guy calling bingo starts berating players because they are in a corner on the opposite side of a busy bar, and he wasn’t able to hear them call bingo and he’s trying to hurry things along. Lighten up a bit. We’re all here to have fun!

Notorious was the only server in the dining area but still provided great service. Was fun to talk with and made sure we got what we wanted as soon as he could. Great experience!

Also the bingo caller is very annoying and takes so extremely long to call a game, way to much talking,, just call the number!
