Horrible customer service. Walked in on Saturday at 323pm No customers in the building and atleast 3 people working. They dont say hello they don't acknowledge you at all. I was going to do a pretty decent sized order and after being completely ignored for about 5 minutes I decided to just leave. Manager needs to do some retraining of staff. Sat in my car ro leave this review and watched the person who came im behind us leave back out the door also.Very disappointing customer service.

Came in to buy a 4 pack of cookies. I was standing there for 5 min, me and my girlfriend were the only ones there. Didnt get greeted upon entrance nor one time during the 5 minute wait. Granted I dont want to talk to you all anyway but obviously I had to since the kiosks were down. I genuinely feel like it's because im black and gay. Will not be returning.

First time trying them and unfortunately forgot to get a receipt for the four pack to start gaining points. They certainly are delicious but the staff could Definitely be more helpful and friendly. The computers and boards were not working, and nobody seemed in a hurry to come to the front counter to assist us or the other two people standing there.

5 out of 6 cookies were not cooked. We got just dough with toppings. The apple crisp was squishy and freezing cold. The only cooked was the chocolate chip.
