Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. First, the new self-order/pay system is not exactly user friendly. Why did we take a number - the food was never delivered, some kid shouted out our number and we had to pick it up at the counter. It took far longer than usual for our food to be ready. We had to remind them we had drinks. At the drink station, there were no lids for the cups and they were out of napkins on one side. No salt packets or shakers in sight anywhere. Ordered 2 Big Breakfasts consisting of eggs, a hash brown patty, a biscuit and a sausage patty. One did not have the sausage patty but had 2 biscuits instead. Dialed the phone number listed on the receipt, but nobody answered the 3 times I called. I will call later when a manager might be on site. Also, the survey on the receipt was a general household survey - not for McDonalds. No place to enter the survey code! Very disappointed with this McDonalds. Maybe you need better...read full review
