It took almost two hours to get our food this evening. At the one hour mark we asked how long and the server said the kitchen was about an hour behind. This would have been good info when we were asked for our initial drink order. We watched multiple 4 tops come in after us, get their food, eat, and leave within that time frame. I understand Saturday nights are busy, though we have been going to all the establishments in the area for years, and this was hands down the worst experience....read full review
We like going to the Pit and heard prices went up. We had lunch ordered a couple burger platters 2 apps and a pitcher of beer. $100 . Also watch out for that credit card charge even though your paying cash. Sad for us locals that don’t have a lot of dining options. Only one server and she was great. I can’t justify going there anymore with those prices.
We sat down and were promptly ignored for 15-20 minutes. Finally had to get up and get our own menus. Finally ordered and we were ignored for the next 40 minutes. No one checked on us. Finally a server comes to say they forgot to put in our order! How do you forget to put in an order??? We picked up and left. What a joke. They seriously need to train their staff how to recognize when people sit down and how to properly serve. Otherwise get a host so you have someone managing tables....read full review
