Do not go here. Got the app Ordered and purchased a simple meal, Sat in the drive-through for about 20 minutes, just to get up to the window, then sat at the window for about 10 minutes, just for the guy to come up to the window. While waiting, I can see through the window; The cook was sitting there, dancing in the kitchen with gloves on doing nothing, pulling his phone out to check it every now and then, while the guy running, the show was just walking around, looking at random things and acting like he was doing things, but it really looked like he didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Finally he Come to the window ,my order was Apparently non existent. I showed him the screen on my app where it clearly stated that I had purchased and ordered whatever, And he just looked at me and said there was nothing he could do. I figured you would at least look at it and be able to whip it up or something in the back you know but no just tell me there’s nothing showing up on his monitor. Yeah, they still took my money. I tried several times to report this issue for a refund and it failed. Finally I was given a $10 off coupon thing I just now ordered up everything Went to go pay with a coupon and it Was a little over so I edited my order to drop the price a little bit. I’m at about $9.72. I go to pay at the end and it says I can’t apply it because the order Hass to be exactly $10 it can’t be over it can’t be under mind you for every $10 there is about $.75 in tax so now I gotta sit here and try to find and match things to make it the exact amount to where when I’m done with the order the tax can be added on and it will come out to exactly $10. Finally, I just said screw it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I want to be able to get something under $10. Why in the heck couldn’t I? It is very hard to add everything up to come out to an exact $10 after tax. I don’t know What kind of Crap they have going on here, But seriously, they need to fix it or Turn the name to BurgerJK. They’re just kidding around. You don’t actually get any food they just make you pay to play a maze of frustration.

Burger King lost our business. I don’t go there much but my kids wanted Burger King. I pull up and get a recording stating they were closed then I guy came on and said can I help you? I ask are you still open because I have work in customer service and I understand when customers come at the least min it is frustrating and I was happy to go somewhere else if that was the case. Instead of being nice about it and just stating yes we are still open how can I help you the guy responded again very rudely and with an attitude how can I help you? So we left. I know that it sucks working late but be nice to your customers they help pay your paycheck.

Drive through experience. It took forever for them to take my order they were rude when we went through when we got our food it wasn't even cooked through it was cold in the middle the frys still partially frozen. When we called the manager got mouthy back and refused to listen. Definitely do not recommend going to the austin burger King I'll spend the extra money and go to culvers.

I’m surprised they still open, the guy at the drive thru doesn’t even wait for you to check the menu and choose what to get and does his job really bad even knowing that’s what he gets paid for, the food was horrible and tasted really bad and on top of that he doesn’t gives you a receip.What a terrible service

The old man working the night shift was EXTREMELY rude. His attitude was horrible. He had an attiude while taking our order because I asked him to please wait while I figured it out. We pull to the window and my 15 year old was driving she has her permit and is still learning - we got to the window where she was a little bit away from and he asks her to move the car closer but if he even attempted to stick his arm out the window he could of reached the card so we switch seats because she wasn't comfortable reversing in the drive thru. As I pull back up he's rapping cuss words as he takes my card and swipes it. He hands my card back no receipt tells me to pull up to the next window and slams the window shut super hard. He brings the food to the next window as he is sarcastically telling me to have a great night I ask for my receipt he walks off and comes back with a torn receipt. He removed the survey code and his name off the top of the receipt and the code off the bottom. Burger King is not a hard job and there is absolutely no reason as a grown adult to act that way. Embarrassing for the restaurant and management to say the least.

The new wraps were a disappointment to me. The Whooper held its ground as a true king. Now the atmosphere was terrible to say the least. Overall, I'm disappointed with BK.

Not a clean table in the joint. After I commented on this to another customer the manager came out and wiped a few tables down. Ice machine didn't work either which was not surprising considering how sticky the entire thing was. Food was of Burger King standards, it's never great but will do in a pinch.

The older gal they served me my food had very dirty hands, gross dirt under finger nails & smelled awful, this was at the drive thru window. The service was just ok at best, it was acceptable . The food was acceptable, it was warm enough & semi fresh enough to consume. The workers at this location truly need to dress more presentably and clean, at the very least, keep hands clean as they handle food. This is a leadership issue, it seems there are many low reviews of this establishment. Management needs to step up and do their job, or they should be fired so a new manager can lead this place in the right direction.

absolutely disgusting the service was horrible as all get out the fries where soggy the chicken sandwich tasted like dog food and the wait was beyond compare and no one was infront of u.

Was disgusting. Do not recommend anyone ever going here. Saw cockroaches. There was flies in my food. The management was so rude would not refund me what so ever after I just wanted my money back . And didnt want anything in return . Managers name was Tim.
