very rude staff. will never eat here again. Austin has plenty of other places where we can get respectful service. The staff are so rude. I understand places are short staffed, but that does not mean be rude to the customers. Especially when you waited at the speaker to place your order for 15 minutes!
The employees here are so kind and courteous. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order.

Burger King is a mid-sized location that could benefit from renovations. While employees work hard to prepare food, which is comparable to other BK locations, there are some inconsistencies. However, the drive-thru is popular. The lobby hours are unclear, and the premises could use a refresh. The staff are much friendlier and more helpful than in the past, and the food is fresh, hot, and made to higher standards. The Whopper meal and Original Chicken Sandwich are standout items, with the Chicken Sandwich being juicy and delicious. However, the workers at the counter can sometimes be rude.
