Bread was so hard I threw my sandwich away. My husband asked for extra mayo, got no mayo. He didn’t want it toasted- it came toasted. My son had 3 sauces- also dry and hard bread. Daughters sandwich- dry and hard. Needless to say I called, told them the situation, they asked me my name 4 times after giving it to them already twice and having to spell it once. $40 wasted!
