I ordered online at 10:24 at 10:30 the restaurant was filled with 14 customers and I realized that the app at 10:40 puts the order ready when I go to verify the order they had not even started it they served everyone and my order was They left it until last, delivering it at 10:57 when I asked for the manager, they told me it would arrive at 11, I waited but it never arrived.

Visited on 7/9/23. One employee. Poor guy had to deal with long line, and delivery orders. The owners/managers get an "F" grade. The kind fella busting his @ss, yet still being friendly and apologetic deserves sainthood and a brand new car from the owner. I should have asked him his name to give him the recognition he deserves. Most people would have quit or had a bad attitude with what was dealt to him as a result of poor management decisions.

Employee had hair hanging in their faces over the sandwich. Employee came from the back bypassing the hand wash sink. He put gloves but no hand washing after being in the back doing Lord know what.None of our sandwhiches were made correct. The process of them making the subs was incredibly unsanitary. The subs were not remotely edible. What a waste of money.Watched employees squish the bread so flat it was like a wrap rather than a sub. When we asked them to remake the sub correctly, nothing could be done without a manager there.All that would have needed to be done was to make the sandwich correctly and pull their hair out of their face, and maybe wash hands.Not to mention no greeting to the customers.This place is salmonella waiting to happen!

Absolutely the worst service by the 2 young kids working tonight! We go here frequently and have always had good service, now I really don’t want to go back. Ordered 2 sandwiches, one was just meat and bread. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes, if not longer. The whole time I was waiting in the drive through, her mic was on talking about how tired she is, “boi”, etc. Came to the window to pay and a male came to the window and asks what kind of drinks I ordered, I didn’t order drinks. Makes a snarkey comment and closes the window. Female comes to the window that made my sandwiches, cleaning her teeth with inch long fake nails to take my money. I’m kinda disgusted now thinking there’s no way on earth she was wearing gloves or if she was how she could not have poked a hole in them while making our sandwiches. Also, absolutely no one was in the dining room, I could see the potentially long wait if they were busy. Should probably make it a policy “no vaping or gangster talk while on the clock!” I never leave reviews, but this one was deemed necessary!

We had an awful experience with a guy that took our order. He was so rude. We tried to use a coupon for three subs but one was a bowl but its technically just the sub in a bowl and they told us we weren't allowed to use it. Ok fine but then he asked my husband "dont you know how to read". When my husband got his protein bowl it wasn't made right. We didn't want to bring it back up to the counter for fear of what the cashier might say. It was one of the worst experiences i have ever had getting food. We will not be stepping foot in there again.
