After a long day, I ordered on the app something for dinner. Things seemed to go well, until after I had paid and food was ready for pickup. I specifically remember clicking the coleslaw and potatoes with gravy for sides. Instead, I saw sides of fries.
I had hoped that was simply a glitch in the display, but when I arrived to the restaurant, that's what had been sent to the restaurant. Of course, I had been craving KFC mashed potatoes and gravy for a while, so this was just about the straw that got me hard today. The evening manager tonight was super understanding, and made things right.
He was super clear and patient, and though I already uninstalled the app, I would highly recommend our KFC for a decent meal with amazing service!“
