Don't order if you are in a hurry, usually very slow service, never had an issue with the food though.
The food was good, but they literally forgot half of our order. We had to drive across town to get the rest of our order
Ashley and Lolita did a fantastic job. Lolita was efficient and helpful, and Ashley really took care of customers. She really went the extra mile to take care of all the customers who walked through the door... and drove through the drive through.

The staff is competent, helpful, and courteous, often going the extra mile to assist customers. Billy, a member of the team, greets guests with a smile, making them feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. The food is good, with no complaints, and the service is quick. However, there have been some issues with orders, such as receiving fries instead of the desired coleslaw and potatoes with gravy, but the evening manager was understanding and made things right for the customer. The restaurant is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms, although a changing table in the women's bathroom would be a welcome addition. There are also some parking lot concerns, as it has multiple potholes that need repair. Overall, KFC is highly recommended, with a 10/10 rating from satisfied customers, who appreciate the decent meals and amazing service.
