Purchased the 16 piece chicken bucket family meal the chicken was soggy and not properly cooked this was my second attempt at this KFC in Austin MN paid 56.00 dollars for garbage. The first time the chicken was all greasy and not cooked all the way I thought maybe because they just opened but no not a place you want to eat. Save yourself the pain and go to pizza Ranch there chicken is good.
My chicken breasts were cold and cooked too long. Very dried out!
I had to throw it away. They didn't include butter for bun either.

However, there have been some issues with orders, such as receiving fries instead of the desired coleslaw and potatoes with gravy, but the evening manager was understanding and made things right for the customer. The restaurant is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms, although a changing table in the women's bathroom would be a welcome addition. There are also some parking lot concerns, as it has multiple potholes that need repair. Overall, KFC is highly recommended, with a 10/10 rating from satisfied customers, who appreciate the decent meals and amazing service.
